When you contact us, sign up, or use our portal, we collect: name, email, phone, company, billing address, IP address, and any infrastructure access credentials you explicitly grant us. We never collect data we don't need.
To deliver the services you signed up for: provision infrastructure, send invoices, respond to support, communicate about outages or scheduled changes. That's it. We don't sell or share data with marketing networks.
Where you grant us SSH, cloud-console, or database access, we log every session, time-bound all credentials, and review access quarterly. We can sign BAA / DPA / NDA agreements for clients in regulated industries.
We use Postmark/Resend (email), Cloudflare (DNS+WAF), AWS S3 (backups), and Linear/Slack (internal ops). Full subprocessor list available on request.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights. Email: privacy@clustrixglobal.com.
We keep client data for the duration of your engagement plus 7 years for tax/audit compliance. Backups are encrypted at rest and rotated.
